: Saturday finisher after my hour long back workout. I was DEAD doing this circuit for 20 min. This is my form of cardio. I can't stand machines!! I find it so boring and this kinda circuit makes my heart pound outta my chest and it goes by super quick. 30 second rounds - high knee jump rope, db row x10 with 10 pulses for 30 seconds, 10 jacks w side raises and 10 jacks with front raises for 30 seconds and push ups. Give it a go before ur turkey dinner to burn some extra cals! Sorry about the filming angle lol.
