A LOT of time spent on #mobility and glute activation. Want to do everything I can to prevent injury.
Weeks 1-2 will be more unilateral with focus still on #strength/#power
So.
(A1) Split squat (4 x 5) tempo (3110)
(A2) Single leg kettlebell RDL's (4 x 8)
(B1) Snatch pull 4 x 4
(C1) Pull ups 4 x 10
(C2) ring dips 4 x 10
