: It's another #FlexFriday! Fighting a cold and a downright challenging day but hubs convinced me to change into my workout clothes and push play. Some days are just harder than others but afterwards I always feel better! Working on week 2 of 22 Minute Hard Corp and have yet to be disappointed by the outcome after just those 22 minutes. Did I mention I hate burpees? Add a static squat to it and you have some killer leg shakes! 😁😁 Get after it today! Challenge yourself to do something you may not like. Do one more rep!
