For the top option, put you booty against the wall, legs up the wall, feet on the wall and push your hips away, placing the hands on the hips. From there you can bring one or both legs down at a time. I don't usually have the benefit of a hallway, but if you do, you can actually walk your feet down the wall behind you, too for bonus support! :-)
For the bottom option, come up to bridge and bring your palms up toward the ceiling, making "shelves" with the hands. You can sit your hips on top of each palm and support them. As you're ready, lift one leg toward the ceiling, then kick off the bottom leg. Once both feet are up, you can flip your hands around to grab the waist and support you in a shoulder stand, then either take the straight legs down one at a time or come down with bent knees. Whatever you do, keep your chin away from your chest (you see me make an "L' with my fingers and place my thumb at my collar and my pointer finger under my chin as a reminder), airway soft and open, neck happy.
