So shoutout to Coach House on the weighted seated box jumps. Supersetted kettlebell swings with 25lb seated box jumps. ➡️After this week of complete up's and down's, I had two choices: Rise or Fall. I decided to man up and keep moving forward at all costs. I hope y'all had a great week and have an even better Strongend(because who wants to have weakends). Some things to remember when faced with obstacles: 1⃣ don't ever give up on a dream. It may not work now but something will come eventually if you stay focused and persistent 2⃣ no matter your mood, continue to build people up.
