: My client Henry came up from Monterey to have a chit chat about future plans and decided to jump on a leg session with me to tonight. Put him through the Grizz hurt locker, but don't get me wrong I was trying not to die as well.

✅Standing hamstring curls (3 X 12)
✅Machine squat chingadera (3 X 10 wide + 3 x 10 narrow)
✅seated calf raises ( 3 x 12 3-second up/down)
