: Today I wanted to concentrate on more building and strength endurance for my wide grip pull-ups.. To the left was just regular unassisted at about six full form. On the right to superset I decided to do a total of 3 pull-ups then a hold for 10 count. I felt the 🔥🔥🔥🔥! Don't give up on pull-ups no matter how hard they seem to be.
