In the first segment, just a plain weighted lunge for 30 seconds. To the right, a non-weighted lunge with a kick. Do both exercises right after one another to equal a whole minute! It burnnnnnns sooooo gooooood I did this workout at 4:30am.... I could not fall asleep for the life of me last night but I STILL got up and got it done!
