melissacconrad: Never miss a Monday and Plyo 21 DFX was in the queue today. Starting week #2. Down 3.6 pounds and my eating last week was definitely not 100 percent on track. But I didn't let a couple of bad choices completely derail me. I had pizza one night - but at least it was thin crust and cheese only! And more than my alloted 3 glasses of wine for the week. I also went out to dinner one night and split a cheese board with my hubby, delightful yes, but not on the plan. So even with all that, still down some pounds and can't wait to see what the next 2 weeks brings to bring home the 21 days!! #week2, #21DFX, #coachesarenotperfecteither
