hadge_brothers: Tonight's movement prep was high volume unilateral kb frontsquat, goblet squats, sumo db squat followed by pogo-hops. The resistance training was 8x3 backsquat then 3x12 frontsquat. Assistance was occluded hammie curls. I'm trying to accumulate work capacity. I'm trying to build myself to be a great heavyweight competitor by attacking my weakness. I'm aiming long-term. I'm not trying to lose or gain weight. I'm not trying to put a time limit on myself. But that doesn't mean I think I think I have unlimited time. I'm grinding bc I love to and good things will eventually come one way or another. Its definitely not always fun, but overall its a blast.
