Worked up to a moderately heavy pause overhead squat at 245 (my snatch goal for the American Open). Then after some back accessory movements did 9-7-5 of incline press (185) and skin-the-cat/muscle ups. I want to get better at my backwards roll to support and so just trying to get used to hanging upside down from rings. #gymnasty #weightlifting #crossfit #npgl #squat
