: The hotel gym here is not that great, so what was originally going to be a shoulder day turned into shoulders and glutes with whatever I could utilize. I did some side lateral raises, Arnold presses, regular shoulder presses, and a whole lot of creative glute work. There were some bench jumps, dumbbell kickbacks, among other things, and then these two exercises at the end to really burn me out.
