Tracie: After almost 3 months of erratic lifting sessions/workouts, I finally squeezed in some barbell technique work yesterday (FSquats, Bent Rows, Power Cleans, Pull-Ups, BSquats, OH Presses, DB Incline Presses, DB RDLs....and Medball metabolic)....and completed the Axle Power Certification today!
