benjayman2: 1/10/16 Lower Back Squat Max Effort 315x5x3 RPE 9 closed stance back squat 405x2 RPE 8, 315x5x4 RPE 7 banded conventional 3rd lower variation for the week. First time doing back squats in about 7 months. As expected, all reps felt slow and disconnected, but form was surprisingly decent for my first time back. Stuck to banded and paused work with a conventional stance for my deadlifts.
