: My TRX ELITE CREW kills it every Tuesday and Thursday from 9am-10am!! They bring the energy and effort and I bring the #beastmode training program! We did multiple rounds of station style TRX programming. Every station had an upper body and lower body split followed by a ground based core exercise, 2 sets per round! Add some medicine ball conditioning In between these rounds and you've got yourself a killer program to get you moving better, feeling better, and looking better. The weather is getting nice and we are moving it outside to the TRX S Frame and Tactical Training Locker!
