naugahide: Keeping the theme of learning more fiddle tunes, here’s “Mississippi Sawyer” to add to the mix. It’s seriously a struggle for me to play the violin with such long fingers. Or at least that’s what I tell myself as I try to get good intonation (especially G natural - aka low 2nd finger) on the E string. So just ignore the importance of, ya know, playing in tune, and listen to the piece as a whole.
