: Heavy #Deadlift day. Started off with conventional pulls 5x2 with 85% which is 425lbs. Then on to block pulls 2x2 with 90% which is 445lbs and finished with deficit deads 2x3 with 80% which is 405lbs. I noticed my form isn't the best on the conventional deads but not horrible. I need to make sure my hips don't shoot up too quick. The rest of the pulls felt great.
