: Only 2 more days left in @jimstoppani #shortcuttosize and I would say I am more than #happy with the results. Between putting in that #grind and for the most part having my #diet in check with @gainswithbrains I have put on about 6lbs over the last 12 weeks and I would like the think most of it is #musclemass. Gotta #stayhungry and #getafterit. For the next few weeks I'm going to have a little #fun in the #gym but also focus on some lagging #muscle groups.
