belle72: Workin' it. 💦I almost ran 2 miles and clocking a 12 min mile was #HIIT enough. Next run I hit 2! Finished with body weight exercises and plyo. Shifting my weight-training focus to endurance. I was never a fast runner and at 5'2" rpms are higher but the best I ever did in my late 30's was-- 9min mile 5k time, 11min half marathon.
