kayhendi: Hit all my 1 RM last night #goaldigger 💪🏽 Started with #squats - 225lbs (video), tried 235 but needed some help on the way up. #bench 135lbs (video) and than hit 140lbs. #deadlift 210lbs, was #determined to get 220lbs but failed all 4 times I tried. Even with some #intrapoptartcarbs 😓 Next time 👊🏼 For now, I'm happy to be where I am.
