: Got to the gym today to do my prescribed reps on bench, hit some accessory work and bounce but I felt pretty good so decided to go for a rep PR. My previous rep PR with 275 was 6 but for whatever reason I didn't want 7 and I didn't want 8...I wanted 10, and that meant I had to roll @georgeleeoman style and not rack the bar until I hit it. Period. So I went no spotter here...do or die. Rep 10 was such a grind only 9 and 10 are shown. Not much comparatively but I'll take it.
