fiery.bentnotbroken: I am ordered off heavy weights for 3 days, which is a huge bummer because I am feeling pretty strong. I can't do anything that needs me to stabilize my neck either. So here's some 10 lbs medicine ball complex and core work.
10/side backward lunges
10/side med ball RDL
10/side med ball diagonal chops
10/side med ball Cossack squats
10/side monster band walks
Leg lowering (just a progression of deadbugs) for core

Now I am a little sore and that worked up a sweat haha. No problem is beyond me in the gym really. I just feel a bit invincible, oddly enough. I can't wait to go back to lifting soon though.
