gymaholiclife: Ended My #LegDay with some #FrontSquats๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜I absolutely love this style of squat. Each Week Ill be increasing my weight and ending all my leg days with them, if possible. My goal for the end of August is to be able to hit a plate 45lbs on each side for 6 reps.
