: Another Thursday and more work on my snatch. I did a series of progressions from the bar up to 85lbs where I rode the catch down to my deepest point and held it for 4-8 seconds. Then I hit 90,95, and 110lbs (50kg) with an any way goes approach. I wanted to see where my body mentally defaults. This video was my only 2 attempts at 110lbs (50kg) and I think the lowest I've ever caught this weight. The left is my first attempt then I gave it two minutes and hit the weight again Yes, I know I'm still landing a bit to far forward on the foot but I'm working on that #OlympicWeightlifting #2016NationalMasters #IronTherapy #RPStrength
