: I always advise to have a plan before walking into the gym...but sometimes the unplanned workouts turn into the best workouts 😏 Was feeling the strongest I've felt in a long time during yesterday's workout, thanks to thanksgiving dinner 🦃🍗💪🏼 Since my workout routine has been thrown out of wack this week anyways, I decided to have a little fun, utilize the carbs, and freestyle it. Ended up turning it into a leg & back workout that included: 🔸Sumo Deads 5x3 superset with unassisted pull-ups 5x3 🔸Glute Bridges on smith machine 5x5 🔸Weighted Bulgarian Split Squats 🔸Rouge T-Bar Rows Normally I like my volume to be much much higher but I had a short time frame (due to plans with the family) so I focused on heavy with good form and got in what I could. 👊🏼 In conclusion, taking a little detour from your workout split every once in awhile can do you some good.
