: So here's an honest update... Left at my heaviest I've ever been at 194lbs... To the right this morning! At 175lbs.. Yeah I know right... I'm have no shame sharing my weight.. I lift heavy what can I say I have an obsession with iron. My diet consist of drinking water like a fish, eating a lot better, I sub a #Usana shake in the morning when I wake up, #healthy lunch... More water and a shake for dinner, after the gym my protein shake, and aminos to recover.. I started running daily, I squat heavy and deadlift even heavier.... I'm not perfect nor I claim to be.. I'm just a woman studying nutrition and culinary arts to become an executive chef and nutritionist . If I am going to study nutrition I have to look the part as well.. MOTIVATION? To love my body as much as I love my personality๐Ÿ˜œ I'm a corky, funny, talented individual, I love to laugh and crack jokes! Like I always say #ibepoppn!
