cleangreenkitchen: I did incline sprints on the treadmill for 20 minutes then finished with a body weight circuit to keep my heart rate up. I did push ups super setted with dips. Wide stance jump squats super settled with regular stance squats (this was the final set of the day and my form on the regular squats was admittedly poor).
