: I'm feeling amazing in the gym (although a little down from real life), which meant I needed this session pretty badly. I'm quite well recovered after Epsom salt bath last night and a session of PDTR with a chiro. So I #PR my new 6 rep max at 175 and 5 rep max at 180 with only 90-120 s rest. Hamstrings to calves, as I felt they touched. Maybe I could do 10x175 with more rest, maybe... Getting #strong.
The guys were waiting for me to be done with the #squat rack so I was courteous and did straight sets instead of superset as, then I trained #lat pull downs as straight set later. For assistance work, just some Kroc rows and #core work like bear squats and birddogs. Now I'm eating like a pig hahaha.
