Accept struggle. I squatted today. Then I did leg press. Then I sprinted using a sled. On the bottom video I was about to faint, my head was throbbing and my body was on fire. It was 30 degrees, but that's not going to spot me. I pushed myself to the limit because I've been slacking and I needed to prove to myself that I'm capable of what I want. How about when I failed 330 on deadlift ? I strained my back and failed. I recovered fully almost a week after of rest. Not everyone talks about the bad things, but let's accept them. Now working hard does pay off. I have what I want. And I still need to be pushing it to the limit to keep it. Because if you want to be the best and you aren't always stepping up your game, someone else is. Keeping this up 365 days a year is hard.
