: After 3 sets of 5 at 205 I decided I wanted more strength building.. back to 135 at these babies!! If you do not lift heavy regularly PLEASE try these light weighed or even no weight at all!! I named these "Step Squats" SLOWLY walk forward then backwards in sets of 12 to 20-- 1,2,3,4 and so on..
