: The "Deadlift", a staple that must be in every training program ( unless you have some sort of injury, or condition of course ). I really enjoy this movement because of the way it hits, and concentrates on your posterior chain. Be sure to learn the movement with proper progressions, and loads first...for example use Kettlebells, then progress to the hex-bar, then the straight bar. It will prepare your body to handle the stresses this movement will place upon it. Stay tight, stay engaged, and practice proper breathing techniques as well... Remember life isn't about perfection, because no one is, but it's important to constantly progress, and to become better.
