We have 7 more days to focus on the push up. As of this week I'm up to 31 push ups. I started at 26 two weeks ago.
Use the #Vipr and #GlidingPro slides for another degree of difficulty. Do 3 sets of 10-12 reps or for the advanced athlete 4 sets of 20 reps.
