Training session 15 this week (x4 lower hypertrophy rehab, x6 uppers, x2 aerobic conditioning, x1 physio rehab, x2 kettlebell conditioning).
First time I've introduced some skipping into my conditioning - a few weeks previous I had been building up to this with light bilateral and unilateral bunny hops). So glad to be able to do this again - I love skipping as a conditioning tool!
