: It's been a while since I posted a workout video. Been super busy, a lot going on but I'm getting back at it slowly with a messed up wrist 😕. But let's work the core and some triceps. This workout we are doing a dip into a leg extension (3x) then straight into 8 flutter kicks and then 3 straight leg circles. Repeat all workouts 3x then rest.
