brittnichole_fit: I started doing these reverse Ab pull downs and noticed they are almost like a kneeling deadlift for your lower back too. Basically, put almost max weight, rest feet against the machine and pull down to a crunch (close enough to feel a burn in the ab muscle), then slowly come up just enough to feel the burn in your lower back. Keep your back straight and abs pulled in tightly.
