ashleylanefitness: Leg Day!! The gym at the Hilton in Berlin is awesome!! Had it all to myself when I got there at 6:30am, love it when that happens!! Here is part of my Leg Workout: 1⃣ Weighted Reverse Lunge with a Kick 2⃣ Kettlebell Sumo Squat Thrusts 3⃣ Weighted Curtsy Lunge 4⃣ Deadlifts...I also did Donkey Kicks and Single Leg Bridge ups on the Smith Machine, abs, and 50 minutes of eliptical 👍 I rarely video my core workouts, but always do them!
