1β£ Side to Side Straight Leg Donkey Kicks (20 each leg) 2β£ Push-ups on your feet (at least try one, if your form is suffering then go down to your knees) 3β£ Bridge-ups (squeeze your butt) 4β£ Donkey Kicks (20 each leg).
