toddscheidtfitness: Back on the strength grind. Worked up to a 1RM Tactical grip (thumb over bar) pull-up... Ended up setting an all time (??) PR @ 100lbs. Included in the vid are some great exercises for you to include in your warm-up. You could also do these as assistance exercises after your primary sets. The first exercise in the top right is a simple band pull-apart. This will help strengthen scapula retraction and increase your rear delt strength. The second exercise is taking the scapula through active depression and elevation by hanging from a bar, rings, etc. Find a dead hang position and work on engaging the lats to pull your shoulders down and away from your ears.
