Try this one out next time your in the gym! 1a) Decline bench sit-up x 30s 1b) oblique medball slams x 30s 1c) superman plank x 30s --- 3 rounds 30-60s between rounds Why I usually like to work the "core" in this manner? When looking at the musculature that makes up this region you will find three main muscle groups : The obliques, transverse abdominis, and rectus abdominis. Each one of these exercises specifically addresses one of these muscle groups and by hitting them sequentially the intensity is also increased. This leads to better results! Now, if you are looking to attack a specific region consider picking two or three exercises that will work the same area and superset them together (I recommend putting the most challenging exercise first in the circuit).
