: ACL Post Op Day 39
Today my hamstring and knee were feeling good with little swelling! Yey!
Completed the following for rehab:
Watt Bike 10 min
Leg abductions
Straight leg raise
Glute bridge
SL glute bridge
Leg press, single leg & bilteral
BW squats
Concentric SL very high box squats (in video) 😂
Split squats
Hypertrophy work for good leg (as pictured):
SL rdl
Leg press SL
Leg extension SL
As you can see from the vid my operated leg is significantly smaller - had the short shorts on today so I can see how much progress i need to make in terms of strength & muscle bulk.
