: ***TAG A FRIEND FOR #HAMSTRING EXERCISES*** I stray away from the hamstring bench every time, can't stand it, so I do alternative exercises and still get the job done. Notice the form.. I'm using 35lb weight but do what's manageable for you. TIP: Kick the non-standing leg out making the #quadricep parallel to the floor, keep the heel of the other leg planted on the floor to isolate the #hamstring #muscle. You should feel the burn with the first 3-5 reps if done correctly. I do about 12-15 reps in between my #powersquat sets.
