: Doing some unilateral work with the "Elevated Bulgarian Split Squat." I tend to change up the flow with accessory work so I do not become bored, and so my body is constantly challenged forcing it to adapt to the stresses. With out challenge- your body will not change, so keep interesting by changing up your movements a bit.
Nothing will ever be perfect, but as long as there's progress that's all that matters..
