ashleylanefitness: Part of today's Back Workout 💪💪💪Squat Row with Cable Machine and Reverse Flys with Dumbbells. In total I did 6 different back exercises today, 15 reps of each and 3 sets with 25 sit-ups (as my rest) in between each exercise.
