Sometimes you just have to get creative but don't try these unless your experienced or have a spotter: reverse hack squat! ๐Ÿ‘Œ I have long legs so I place my feet just wider than shoulder width apart, toes slightly pointed out and hanging just passed the edge. Key here is to push through the heels and squeeze those glutes as you come up. If you late your back relax are arch it then you could seriously injure yourself. If it feels painful for you then don't do this exercise!
