: Skipped the Open this year but trying out the Master Online Qualifier workouts. This is Workout #3, the first and last round. 15 minute AMRAP 55 double unders 15 chest-to-bar pull-ups 5 hang power cleans @ 155lb. Definitely need to work on my pull-up endurance for next year. I love what @crossfit and @thedavecastro is doing with the MOQ. Keep the high skills coming. Only change I would request is let the masters start with a clean slate instead of including the Open results as the first score. Otherwise keep up the great work. Tackling Workouts 1 and 4 tomorrow.
